Dear CAWS Clients and Friends,

As you know Dr. Tyrrell’s last day at CAWS was June 24th. We had hoped to find another veterinarian to fill his shoes and continue to run the practice but this did not happen before he left. We will continue to look for another full time veterinarian to replace him, but at this time CAWS has permanently closed.

If you require your pet’s medical records to be emailed to you and/or another veterinarian, please email us with:

1) Your full name (the correct name on the account is needed for this)

2) Your pet’s name

3) We will send the records to the email address on file. However, if you require the records to go to another veterinarian, you MUST provide us with that email address.

Medical records will be available starting on Monday July 10th and requests for medical records will be reviewed twice weekly. We are unable to fax, or mail medical records. We are unable to accommodate urgent records requests, and we will send out records in the order the requests were made.

For those clients that have been seen within the past year and have ongoing medical questions, medication refill needs, or other non-emergent concerns can request a Telehealth consult by email cawscfa@gmail.com. You will be contacted afterward to set up the appointment.

Ongoing medical prescriptions can be filled through the online pharmacy exclusively, Patients must have been seen within the year and qualify to have that prescription filled (having it been filled previously). Follow the link to the online pharmacy.

Patients who are up to date with their annual examination and are on Hill's Prescription Diet's may continue to have their prescriptions filled or renewed through the Hill's to Home Plan.
